What happens when paid plans arrive?

There is no charging mechanism in RetroRally today. We are validating what teams value before setting paid limits or prices. We will publish clear pricing and give active hosts notice before introducing a paid plan; we will not silently start charging.

What is actually playable?

Boss Battle is available now. It includes mood check, anonymous issue collection, prioritisation, one action suggestion per player, discussion, private voting, mission ownership, and next-retro follow-up. The other formats in our template library are educational guides and roadmap items.
